Merging Together, Not Into
We've been talking with you about a potential merger between ESDCAR (East County), PSAR (South County) and NSDCAR (North County) since last July. Now that the Boards of the three associations have approved the plan, it's time to suit up, pay attention, to show up to vote!
Here's some critical dates you need to know about:
February 1, 2012: There will be a public meeting of the ESDCAR membership to hear presentations, to ask questions, and to debate the merits of the proposed merger.
Feburary 15-29, 2012: Each association will conduct its own online voting.
March 1, 2012: The results of the three elections will be announced.
