The marketplace is changing. Although the change in the marketplace is described as a "return to normal," the clients are not returning to normal. Their demands are greater, their sophistication levels are higher, and their reliance on technology is stronger than ever.

Our choice is to fight change, ignore it, or be on the cutting edge.  I want to help REALTORS®; find simple ways to be at the leading edge.

As Vice President, my goal is to get more REALTORS® involved in helping our industry evolve by contributing ideas and bringing fresh energy to our organization.    Thank you for your vote.

I was raised in San Diego and since 1994 have been proud to be a member of ESDCAR.  I am currently the chair of our Education Committee, sit on the Finance and Membership Committees and participate in orientation for our new members.  The rest of my professional time is occupied as the Broker of Windermere, Pacific Coast Properties.

A wonderful thing about our business is that every day is different than the last.   It gives me great joy in helping our agents rise to meet the challenges that every new day brings.  As one of your Directors I will be able to extend my efforts to benefit all members of ESDCAR.

I have had my real estate license since 1978, and have been active since 1989.

In 1999, I served as Association President and in 2003 I held the position of Secretary/Treasurer, and this marks the sixth time in total that I've been either elected or appointed to the office.  I have also served on the Finance Committee for the past thirteen years and on the Grievance Committee for approximately five years, chairing it for three.

It is this experience and continuity that I wish to continue at ESDCAR as one of your Directors for 2010.
