Serving Kitchen
The Regency Room features a fully equipped holding/serving kitchen that can accommodate most catering needs. For small or informal events consisting of simple snacks or beverages, such as continental breakfasts or coffee and cookies, ESDCAR encourages the self-catered option (a valuable discount reflected in the rental price), although arrangements can be made with ESDCAR for basic linen, china, and silver rental or coffee service.
For larger or more formal events, securing the services of an external vendor is recommended. ESDCAR's Event Coordinator would be happy to recommend a number of trusted, budget-conscious party supply and catering resources who will work with you to ensure your satisfaction at every level. In either case, the client is responsible for all ordering, set-up, and removal of catered items.
Our on-site facility includes such amenities as a commercial grade, 3-compartment stainless steel sink with two draining boards, ample storage space, and fully operational appliances (range, oven, refrigerator).
Complemented by convenient rolltop, pass-through service access to the ballroom, this serving kitchen is well suited to a wide range of catered and casual affairs, from standing receptions to buffets to complete sit-down service.
