Whatever the nature of your event, ESDCAR's Regency Room is the perfect choice for your next social, corporate, or personal gathering. Spacious and accommodating, with warm wood and brass accents, this versatile venue offers a unique and welcoming atmosphere, and a range of services and amenities designed to fit your taste and budget.
Our multipurpose banquet facility features 3,000 square feet of flexible event and meeting space that can accommodate groups from 35 to 175 in the round, and up to 200 with lecture-style seating. A 19x25 parquet dance floor, paired with your choice of DJ or live band, will help make any celebration one to remember.
Basic catering facilities (a serving kitchen with pass-through access) ensure that food service of every variety is supported, from simple affairs with bagels and juice, box lunches, or light snacks to complex catered functions with passed hors d'oeuvres, self-catered buffets, or plated service.
We're committed to making your event a successful one, and will work with you to make certain it is both memorable and within budget. We offer a variety of meeting support services, from photocopying to basic audio/video aids. ESDCAR's Events Coordinator can also make recommendations for your catering, visual design, floral, and special equipment requirements.
Centrally located in the East County with easy freeway access, our banquet hall is the practical solution to your event needs. Situated in the heart of El Cajon just minutes from the I-8 and I-67 interchange, the Regency Room is an excellent choice for company lunches, wedding receptions, workshops, awards ceremonies, bar mitzvahs, meetings and seminars, holiday parties, family reunions, and many other functions.

Location/Parking
The East San Diego County Association of REALTORS® is conveniently located on Broadway, one of El Cajon's main east-west arteries, with ready access to both Highway 8 and 67. Our parking lot can accommodate 56 cars, with overflow parking of 25 spaces available in the adjacent lot. On-street parking is also available.
Built in 1989, prior to the Americans with Disabilities Act, our building offers a barrier-free, handicap-accessible design, with curb-free, level entryways and fully accessible elevators and bathrooms.
