Long Range/Strategic Planning  Committee

The objective of the Long Range/Strategic Planning Committee is to determine and prioritize the association's long-range goals and the requirements necessary to achieve them. Goals are identified and reviewed yearly, and the committee's recommendations for action are submitted to the board of directors.

The committee is charged with preparing and maintaining a 5-year plan for the association that anticipates future internal and external obstacles, and adapting the long-range plan as necessary and as approved by the board of directors. The committee assesses current operational procedures when necessary as well, making recommendations for improvement to the responsible committee.

The Long Range/Strategic Planning Committee also identifies issues of critical importance to its REALTOR® members based on its understanding of member needs and of upcoming or potential developments impacting both the real estate market and brokerage industry.
