Grievance  Committee

Maintaining high ethical standards in the real estate profession and affording each REALTOR® member due process are the major objectives of this committee. Examination of complaints against REALTOR® members to determine if the complaint warrants a hearing. Committee members are provided mandatory training sessions and must become familiar with the rules of conduct and requirements for conducting hearings according to CAR and NAR manuals.
